I have seen some terrible training regimines for children, but this video is disgusting. It’s in spanish, but that doesn’t make a difference. This kind of training needs to be stopped.
Driven’s Daily Drill – D3
19 08 2008Warm Up with 100 single jumpropes straight. If you stop during the constant 100, start back at 0, until you finish 100 or 5 minutes has passed.
Push Ups - 100 (last 5-10 are claps)
Turkish Get Ups w/ KB - 5 per side
Squat Press with MB - 30 lbs
Burpees with Broad Jump - 15
Perform as a circuit (no rest between exercises), rest 1 minute in between circuits. 4-8 sets.
